Customer must enter e-voucher code into the voucher code field. 2. Customer must register and log into Lazada account before using a discount e-voucher.3. Discount can be used 1 time per order unless the order is canceled. In such case, the Discount will be reused under the conditions specified in clauses 8 and 9. 4. Customer can combine items from multiple stores, however, the total purchase amount must be equal to or over the required minimum spending after deducting other discounts and shipping fees and must pay in full amount only.5. If a partial return of items from the same order is requested, the Customer will receive a refund of the discount proportionate to the returned items.9. If an order is unsuccessful or a refund/return occurs due to reasons other than those specified in clause 8, the customer may still be eligible for a Discount, provided that the Discount has not expired. The terms and expiration date of the Discount will remain unchanged, with no extension of the validity period. If the e-voucher has expired, the discount cannot be refunded under any circumstances.10. Discount does not cover shipping fees and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.11. Lazada Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the specified conditions as well as the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute.12.
