- Inclusions : Each experience booking has their own inclusions and exclusions. Please refer to these in detail or ask your representative for more information. Any additional inclusions will incur extra charges.
- Availability : Hotel and experience confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Incase of non-availability, similar hotels, expereinces or alternate dates will be suggested.
- Request For Booking : Bookings have to be made 15 days prior to check in / event date.
- Cancellations / Refunds : All bookings are final once confirmation email / voucher has been issued. No cancellations or amendments will be accepted post the confirmation. Incase of cancellations by the hotel or due to force majeure events such as strikes, weather conditions, covid restrictions etc, Xoxoday reserves the right to cancel the booking and provide suitable alternate suggestions.
- ID Proof : It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s.
- Transferrable : Bookings are not transferrable and booking is valid only for the guest whose name is provided in the booking voucher.
- By electing to participate in the experience delineated herein, you hereby acknowledge and affirm that such participation is entirely voluntary and is not encompassed within your professional obligations to the Company, nor is it required by the Company. You acknowledge the risks, which may include injury or property damage, and accept that safety measures can’t eliminate all risks.
