It is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, is for one-time use only, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts. 3. Extra charges will apply to items purchased over the value of the e-voucher. 4. WOGI is not responsible for lost or stolen e-vouchers or unsuccessful top-ups due to inaccurate details, as all received account information is considered final and processed without refund or return. 5. The Merchant is responsible for the quality of their own products and services.
