1. This is a EazyDiner Subscription Voucher are issued by EazyDiner Private Ltd and powered by Valuedesign and would be accepted on the Website/ App.

 

2. The person who has the EazyDiner Subscription Plan Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.

 

3. Extra 18% GST will be applicable on all subscription plans for EazyDiner Prime.

 

4. Once the Card is issued, it will be valid for 6 months.

 

5. EazyDiner is not responsible if the Subscription Voucher is lost, stolen, or used without permission.

 

6. One Subscription Voucher can be used in one bill/transaction.

 

7. This is a One-time use Subscription Voucher with an expiration date.

 

8. Partial redemption is allowed but No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the Gift Card will be given. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.

 

9. EazyDiner Subscription Voucher CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations.

11. EazyDiner Subscription Voucher cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates as may be intimated / updated by EazyDiner on its Website/App from time to time. EazyDiner may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability.

 

12. Any dispute related to the Subscription Voucher should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

 

13. EazyDiner shall on best effort basis attempt to accept Subscription Voucher but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of EazyDiner, Subscription Voucher may not get accepted on the website/App and EazyDiner shall have no liability for the same.

 

14. EazyDiner reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Subscription Voucher at any time without any notice or liability. EazyDiner has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.

 

15. EazyDiner reserves the right to withdraw Subscription Voucher scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.

 

16. EazyDiner reserves the right to deny accepting any Subscription Voucher, if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.

 

17. EazyDiner Subscription Voucher cannot be sold on any banking catalogue/platform.

18. Gift voucher will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days.
