The e-voucher provides you lost luggage protection up to the coverage amount per bag if your luggage is not returned within 96 hours since you have redeemed it and you will receive tracking and expedited delayed airline push notifications on the status of your missing luggage via email, SMS, or WhatsApp in real-time.2. No proof of contents or receipts are required to receive payment.3. The e-voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or returned.4.
