eCard value will be added to your Fave account instantly upon successful purchase.
To utilise eCard value, transact using Favepay at the partner’s outlet. eCard value will be deducted automatically.
If the value of your transaction on FavePay exceeds the value of the eCard, the outstanding balance will be charged to your primary payment method.
eCard value will be stored in “”My Cashback”” which is accessible from the Home page and “”Me”” tab (App > Me tab > My Cashback).
eCard value will be valid for 180 days from the date of purchase with no extension after expiry.
