1. Austin Reed Gift Card may only be used as a method of payment for goods/purchases in Austin Reed in the local currency in which they are denominated.

2. Austin Reed Gift Card shall not be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

3.  Each voucher on the Austin Reed Gift Card has a validity of 6 months from the date of purchase/top up.

4. If an item is purchased using the Austin Reed Gift Card, the remaining balance and Austin Reed Gift Card validity date will be shown on the receipt.

5. The terms and conditions of this gift card shall be amended at any time at the discretion of Austin Reed Gift Card and shall be binding on the customer.

6. Austin Reed Gift Card does not accept any responsibility or liability for lost, damaged, stolen or any unauthorized use of these cards.

7. Acceptance of Austin Reed Gift Card constitutes acceptance of all of these terms and conditions, changes to which may be effected and published at any time.

8. Money uploaded in an Austin Reed card is not transferable to another Austin Reed Gift Card under any circumstances.

9. Refund on purchase of an item shall be made in the original form of payment. Your local statutory rights are not affected.

10. The Austin Reed Gift Card has to be presented for a refund transaction.

11.Gift voucher will be delivered within 7 to 8 working days

12. Gift vouchers validity can not be extended once expired.

13. Gift voucher will be delivered in 6 – 7 working days.
